Stress is a fact of life ! Wherever you are, whatever you are doing – you cannot avoid stress.
Stress comes as a result of many complex changes in which we must adapt to and includes such things as going to school,changing jobs,moving house, illnesses, getting married, grief and many other things.
These days, a lot of illnesses stem out of STRESS.
Good news is that stress can be managed just like we can manage many things in life.
Stress can be managed and it’s effect reduced significantly.
It is important to be conscious of yourself, surroundings and consider the root causes of your stress in order to manage stress successfully.
This will significantly improve your ability to manage stress and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
In subsequent series, I will be taking us through STRESS & IT’S MANAGEMENT.
This discussion promises to transform our health and reduce the frequency at which we visit the hospital if we follow through with it .
